If you're visiting Stratford this place is a must. Great place for pre-theatre food, I come here every year for a great meal, great atmosphere, and even better service, you won't be disappointed! The owners also go the extra distance to make sure you're happy, I have yet to have an unpleasant experience; definitely will be back again year after year.
We chose the Bijou to celebrate my wife's birthday, largely because we had never been there and we enjoy trying new venues. We thought it was perfect, it truly lived up to its name. We walked in to jazz that we both love, then the warmest of welcomes followed by mouth watering dishes and top drawer service. The owners are still polishing their gem physically, with plans for occasional musicians. An instant favourite!

We spent a great Saturday evening at Bijou. The corn gapazcho soup was excellent as was the duck breast The farm-to-table theme stood out as everything was incredibly fresh and wonderfully flavourful. We finished dinner off with the flour-free chocolate cake - divine!
