I was working in town for the week and decided to stop in because I was looking to replace my computer backpack.I had been to several Samsonite stores in the past and was never had a good experience. This location by far was the best in terms of product knowledge and customer service!As a matter-of-fact, I was so impressed with the way I was treated, I returned a few days later to look for a suitcase.I will definitely return next time I am in the Stratford area.
