Great local store! Always well stocked with whatever you are looking for and staff are always around and very helpful. Very well run store!
Service Centre is okay but out on the store proper I swear the employee actually run's from you. And cash is mayhem. Twice I have been trapped at cash while the poor 16 year old clerk deals with a customer alone while senior staff appear to walk past ignoring the issue. Go somewhere else.
Asked for a tire repair . Told them I will buy new tires if not possible. Said leak was fixed...after pulling out of CT right before store closing; started loosing 5psi a min. When I took the tire off myself there was no plug at all. Made 50$ off me instead of the 600+ they could have. Pretty lazy if you ask me. It will be the last 50 I ever spend there. Side note. When I found the hole there would have been no way to plug it in the first place. So they either saw it and lied about fixing it or didnt even look. Shameful really.
I've waited too long to write this review but finally decided that I just had to get it off my chest. A few years ago we got a flat tire while visiting one of our favorite places watching plays and eating wonderful food. I put the spare on and took it into Canadian Tire where they fixed it right and right away. However on my way home I couldn't find my iPod (I know, old school but it had all my music on it!) that I had left out in the car. Apparently it was too tempting and irresistible, the mechanic had stolen it. I contacted the manager who said he'd talk to the him about it and not surprisingly, he denied taking it. I kept looking through all our luggage, through the car over and over when we got home but nope, it was gone. So that's it, all I could do was get on Amazon and pay $300 for one of the last iPods available. $35 to fix the tire plus $300 to replace my stolen property. Now maybe I can let this go.
