Nice store. Friendly staff. In addition to let supplies they have a groomer and an area with expensive pet equipment for the more spoiled 4-legged-kids.I personally only went for the koi food. But I'm not happy with the current brand they carry (Tetra Pond brand which has the first ingredient listed as corn. I try to find koi food where the main ingredient is fish-meal). So I won't be back until they get a better brand of koi food, but I would shop there if I had a mammal

We get food specially ordered to the store and one time it was sold to someone else by mistake. The manager (or owner?) Ended up driving all the way to Kitchener to personally pick up another bag for us. The staff is always very nice as well. We also have been bringing our 2 dogs to get groomed here and the girl who does it is honestly the nicest most friendly person ever. I was walking through the store one day and heard her explaining everything she was doing very calmly and nicely to this elderly dog. I booked my dogs right away and they looked wonderful after. Very happy I found this location.
Always have our food in stock. Customer service is fantastic and staff are eager to help. Excellent selection on healthy high quality treats.
Was so impressed today when I was remembered, that a concern was obviously followed through with, and my fur baby's life was condolenced. That is the difference!
