The Brick in Stratford was amazing. Super helpful and the purchase with lots of questions was done in less than half an hour! Will be coming back for more furniture!
We went in to the Brick to purchase a dishwasher and we were assisted by Spencer. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions regarding a dishwasher and the payment options. I would definitely recommend this location!
The delivery guys were very efficient and fast. I had a washing machine delivered and the old one removed. It was all done in probably 10 minutes or so.
Delivery was quick and simple Edited to add: fridg failed in 4 months. Lost fridge contents and took a week to be repaired. The brick says it's not their problem. Delivered to my home but doesn't have a service provider for my area. Zero compensation for food loss
My salesperson, Spencer, was great... when I had to change the size of fridge I ordered... it was done in a heartbeat. Where the wheels fell off was communication between warehouse, delivery and the store. My delivery was all set, but nobody called to tell me the stove was on back order. I found out by accident when calling to confirm the delivery date. Because of the stove, the whole order was split in 2... no problem... but pick up of the old fridge.... which I paid for... was ommitted. The fridge sat on my porch until the next week when it was, albeit, under duress, picked up. When the fellas picked up the stove, they informed me it was supposed to have been cleaned! No one told me or I'd have done that! We made the best of a bad situation, but I think communication should be improved! Other than that... happy with appliances!
The service was good and the delivery great, taking a star off because there was a provider issue and I had to call many times until they found a solution.
Megha was very helpful ? She was very friendly and courteous. I'm very Happy with my order , it should be here this Tuesday, can't wait to get it set up and start my life in whitecourt!
