The Cadillac of Recliners. Wonderful service from Dan. Shoulder surgery requires me to sleep on an incline for 6 weeks. This position is called zero gravity and promotes healthy circulation It’s also a lift chair which has come in handy as I recover. Visit Stratford store and test drive the ultra comfort recliner.
We have had exceptional service with Peter. He is amazing and doesn’t pressure sell. We bought a chaise sofa, end tables and lamps about a year ago. Very happy with the quality and the delivery people were wonderful, neat and courteous. Approximately 6 months later we came in and bought a chair and ottoman to complement our chaise sofa. Again Peter was exceptionally helpful. Just today we came in again to deal with Peter and ordered a dining room set and buffet server. We live out of town and Stratford Home Furniture is our go to. Peter has always treated us honestly and fairly with no pressure, and we can’t give him enough credit for how amazing he is as a salesman. Stopped in during the "Buy Local" campaign and my wife and I were treated exceptionally well by Christy -- no pressure tactics, and samples were offered for lighting considerations at our home. The Decor-Rest furniture was manufactured in Woodbridge and delivered within five weeks! Steve and Aaron were respectful of our home, knowledgeable about the furniture and even took the time to snip away any stray fabric threads! Highly recommend this store and its staff.
From website to delivery my experience was perfect everything when off without a hitch. I called in the morning and a knowledgeable and easy to talk to gentlemen by the name of Jim Fierling. I even called back later that afternoon to add a item to the order. Again from online to work order to payment on the same truck and at my door by mid afternoon. If that isn't the way you want the process in the Covid times. It was perfect. I even wrote to the company to give Jim some praise and a raise. Turns out he was the owner if that isn't how you stay in business. Thank you. I don't know if it makes a difference but this was the Stratford Ontario location.
The selection is very good, as is the quality of what they sell. The service is outstanding. My mother-in-law bought a couch there and was very pleased with the service. We all recommend this store.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Jim and his staff at Home Furniture! We purchased our new home and almost entirely all of our furniture came from Home Furniture. We most recently purchased a brown leather recliner and the quality is fantastic, my significant other can attest to this, he won't get off it!
