I had a shopping list of 10 items I have frequently purchased from Staples in the past. All but 2 of them were out of stock when I visited today. In fact, I noticed A LOT of empty spaces on the shelves. Makes me wonder if they are shutting this location down? Guess I will have to start ordering my office supplies from Amazon instead. Thanks for wasting my time today Staples.
They have good products obviously that being said .......after spending $350.00 on an office chair you would think they could put it together free of charge instead of milking another $30.00 to assemble it. Or even offer a cart or trolley to take it to your car. It comes in a very big awkward box.
A few weeks ago I had great customer service from an employee named Jared. I was in a hurry to get things printed. He was so friendly, helpful and efficient.it made for a great experience at Staples. Thank you Jared.
The staff at this location are generally very nice and pleasant to talk to. However, be very cautious about the apple products you purchase from this location. Twice I have purchased a MacBook charger to find out when I get home that the product has already been used and is not properly sealed and wrapped. Normally this is fine however when you are paying a premium (especially for apple products) this is unacceptable.
