Just wanted to recognize staff member Nagi Awad for helping me yesterday. I lost my phone and needed a new one, and he helped me find the cheapest phone and helped me save money on my plan. He was able to multi-task with many customers and also helped me get a phone case and tempered glass screen protector. He was helping me get the best deal so that's why I wanted to recognize him!

AVOID THIS LOCATION as it will end up costing you more time and energy in the long run because they will incorrectly charge you, break your products, take zero accountability and make excuses. Corporate was informed. Save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere

Very sloppy personnel at this Roger's location. I came in asking questions about paying a bill and the one employee was leaning on the counter with his hand on his face the entire time he was speaking with me squishing half of his face. There was 3 employees and one lady who did not appear to be an employee working all at the middle table. This random lady was across from this gentleman, nodding her head very enthusiastically to everything he was saying, as if she was a part of the conversation as well. It appeared to be a hangout when I arrived at the store, not a professional workplace.

Jeff was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Problems getting number ported but that problem was with Fido, not the store or salesperson. Definitely focussed on getting me the best deal he could.

Came in to switch to Fido because of sneaky fee increases with my other phone service provider. Chris was super helpful, able to get me and my husband sorted with our new plans to meet our needs very quickly.

Horrible service. I live in Brantford, came all the way to the store to purchase an iPhone 15 Pro. The first visit was ok, they didn't know much but things went well. However, soon after I discovered that the phone was defective, I went to the apple store to make sure it wasn't a software issue and it wasn't. Apple said the phone is defective and needs repair. I went back to the store I purchased it from and they refused to exchange the phone for me even though the 14 day return policy was not over. The store manager Nick need to be fired, I will be escalating this to Rogers and Beyond wireless (The Dealer)

Do their stupid QR virtual line upon arriving at the store. Then proceed to wait in my car for over 30 minutes as no customers are in the store and just never get a text message to enter. Locking the store is an absolute joke. Do you want customers or not
