For meat I would give this place 5 stars for price and quality, and they have a decent selection of most items, including good weekly sales items. I really like the staff there, they are more like seeing your neighbour. I mainly stick to meat, dairy and bread items there, unless there is a sale. For fresh produce I still head to the market or discount grocery stores, and they do seem to be able to kill just about any plant, but it is a wonderful, neighbourly store.

Very expensive. If you can make it to food basics, no frills, or Zehrs you'll have a cheaper and broader selection.
Its great for forgetables on your list when you dont want to go far
Nice little grocery store has a bakery and deli in the back corner. Prices are mid range but store is open 24/7 so it's nice if you need something in a pinch if nothing else is open
