Im a new Stratford resident and when I was looking to get some custom work done on a sentimental ring. I went to a couple of places in town to see their operation and to get quotes. I first went to Swansons and it was a disaster. They cracked the face of one of my watches during a battery replacement and gave me a greatly inflated price to do the custom ring work. I then went to Konrads where I knew immediately I was at a professional jeweller. Walking in I was greeted by Vicky who carefully listened to what I wanted done. She went behind the glass to show Konrad (you can see him working at his bench) and he came out to be a part of the consultation and added a few creative ideas. In the end I got more than I asked for at a very agreeable price using genuine stones that were bigger and brighter than expected. I would recommend this jeweller without hesitation. Ill be back!
