I brought the IPad into the store and they patiently persevered until the issue was resolved. They went above and beyond to help me. I am very grateful and appreciative!
Do not buy earphones from them. They have a 0 returns policy they will not tell you about in advance. No "all sales final" sign or anything. Also REALLY aggressively tried to sell me on a cell phone plan. Not gonna trust you with a cell plan if I can't trust you with earphones.
