Had a very pleasant experience, dealing with Bax, friendly service. I entered their store to see, if they had a surround system that was listed on their website on sale. They didn't have it in stock, but they ordered one in for me, and honored the sale price even though it would be over by the time it came in. It came in much earlier then they said it might!

We did a renovation of our family room. It's a large room, about 1,000 sq. ft. I wanted a TV removed, another just moved, our home theatre moved and two TVs added. The home theatre was already wired in through the walls and ceilings. This was a complicated job. Everything was done exactly as I wanted plus the boys from SONXPLUS made some very helpful and practical suggestions. They arrived on time, often worked longer hours than I would have expected and seemed genuinely concerned that I was happy with the result. On top of that I got a great deal on a 75" Samsung TV. My husband bought a Pioneer DVD player at Stereo Plus at 570 Huron St. In Stratford 3 years ago. The player started acting up so we took it back for repairs. They took $40 dollars up front. 4 weeks later, we went back to get it. The gentleman said they couldn't find what was wrong with it but they had taken it apart and cleaned it. They said it was working in the store. They would not return the power cord They said we didn't bring it which we did and they had taken the batteries out of the remote. We had another cord from an older DVD player(thank goodness) but the Pioneer was doing the same thing. They kept our $40, took the batteries and the power cord. This store is a rip off!!!!! Do not buy or take anything to these people. SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!
