Took my phone in to get the charging port cleaned. Price was a bit more steep than I would have thought for a 20-minute service ($45), but I can't argue with the expediency or the results. Phone charges great now!
Horrible Experience - Destroyed Our iPad We brought our iPad here to have a screen replaced after picking it up the home button was not working and wasn't placed properly. We brought it back to fix this issue. After a few days of hearing nothing, which was odd, considering the original "repair" was so fast, I had to call them numerous times to confirm it was "fixed" We picked it up and within an hour of having it back we discovered it was NOT working properly. We now have hardware issues that we DID NOT have previously and the camera is no longer functioning. When we picked it up both times they had the opportunity to tell us of any issues they may have discovered and both times didn't mention anything. We live out of town so I tried calling to discuss these issues, they ignored my calls. So, I emailed them and sent them video and photo proof of the iPad not functioning properly, with a time stamp that proved it was less than an hour after picking up. They offered us to bring it back for a third time, I refused to allow them to further damage it. They feel this is a valid reason to justify NOT honouring a refund, as they claim to offer in the terms and conditions. I feel my decision is reasonable considering the damage they had caused twice. They now claim the iPad frame was bent and the motherboard damaged. They are saying this was told to us when it was dropped off, which it was NOT. They are willing to say anything to not honor the 90 warranty, and money back guarantee. They are beyond unprofessional! We have taken it to Apple to be properly repaired. Apple has confirmed there is no bend in the frame or damage to the motherboard (otherwise they wouldn't work on it) The costs for this screen replacement plus additional repairs form Apple, I would be further ahead to buy new.
