Great newer LGS. Staff is wonderful. Trade in value is a little light especially considering other LGS in the surrounding areas but the singles pricing is really fair, sealed is relatively high however that seems to be in line with other newer LGS. 5 stars though because you can't fault a store heavily for cost. It's clean, welcoming and a fresh face in the gaming world.
I really like the crew at Bootown. Miss the Woodstock site. Sadly this order has not shown up yet and I was super disappointed about it considering the card and cost. It was a gift for a friend for Xmas. Staff there has always been great I assume it's due to the post strike. Hopefully it comes soon ordered December 17rh
I went to Bootown's in search of card sleeves for the newest Magic set (Duskmourn: House of Horror) and while I didn't find what I was looking for, the clerk was very helpful. The parking is great, and so is their selection of Pokémon and Magic: The Gathering sealed product. They also sell Warhammer 40,000 if you're more of a miniatures enthusiast. I definitely recommend this place if you're in Stratford and want to get your game on!
The store has decent parking and a good selection of cards and Warhammer. The play space is nice and inviting. I was expecting more board games, but if your looking for warhammer or cards they were really good.
Store has competitive singles pricing for those who like to shop online. Was a great spot for my first MtG Pre-release event. Staff are very knowledgeable and ran the event seamlessly.
Very friendly staff and inclusive atmosphere! Seems like a great place to hang out, meet people and play a few games! Or get involved in entirely new ones!
Lovely games store, Staff (Owner and the locals playing ?) were all very welcoming and kind. I had little knowledge on what I needed and was well taken care of. Spacious and clean interior, will certainly return.
