The gentle rain delivers great quality groceries and supplements. The sustainability aspect really drew me in- they have the refillable station for laundry detergent, soaps and peanut butter. Plenty of options on both the Pure and Oneka brand. Terracycle recycling station set up in store for body care containers, burrs bees products and oral care waste products. One letdow- Raw vegetables available in store and generally overpriced - $5.99/ lb for green peppers is extortionate.
Been going here ever since I moved to Stratford in 2017, it was a live-saver since I was vegan and there were still very limited options here. They have some items that aren’t available at other stores here (like oil free hummus from sunflower kitchen, dye-free wasabi powder, and live organic food products). I also really like how if you are looking for something, they can order it in for you! Always had a friendly experience with the staff.
My 98 year old mother has been going here for years for specialty items. We were there yesterday to stock up on several months worth of goods totalling over $200. Although most of the staff are friendly and well informed, checking out was met with a sultry, unfriendly and snippy attitude.
Like the Tardis, this store is bigger on the inside! They have everything from groceries to home and personal care to supplements. I was an hour just taking it all in my first time and made sure to sign up for the rewards program because I'm sure going back.
These angels went above and beyond to help me out today! I live out of town and wanted to get a supplement to a sick friend. They put in considerable effort to coordinate the whole thing, which I greatly appreciate. Their customer care is top notch. Thank you again, you're the best!
First time in today. Love the homeopathic remedies and vegan sections. Had great customer service, not sure why there are negative comments on here. I will definitely be back!
